First, wash the mirror well, including the bottom; this will be touching the cake so it needs to be very clean. Next, place it on a clean surface, trying not to touch the bottom too much. Place a few dabs of hot glue on the mirror (wherever you would like) and place one shoe down. You can place the other shoe however you would like; slightly on top, on the side, etc. Be sure the shoes are glued well in place. When finished, place the mirror with the shoes where you want on the cake. Follow these instructions to the letter for best results.

Curl the ribbon with the scissors and make a bunch of curls. Tie a gathering together with the uncurled ribbon and then place them to decorate the top of the cake by the shoes and more.

Finally, finish off the cake with the babies name or �congratulations.� This extra, personal touch is sure to impress all guests. This is one baby shower theme cake that will not be forgotten!
