There came one strange day in history where Bakugan cards fell from the sky. Since they could not take on their true form in the dimensions that humanity had, they chose the form of a sphere that can pop out and stand in a miniature form. However, even with this power, they are not allowed to assume their true form if a Bakugan is played.
The history of Bakugan is a dual one. This can refer to a card game or a television series. There was a series known as the Bakugan Battle Brawlers on television which featured Dan and his many friends going to battle for the fate of another universe known as Vestroia. In this particular game you have to battle with marbles that can transform into other monsters as they land on the cards themselves. Series one offers up to forty eight marble monsters.
A common fact of the game Bakugan is that when players decide to shout 'Field Open!' this is the beginning of the game. Bakugans can also take on many shapes or sizes but generally only come in six different attributes. Haos, or light, Pyrus or fire, Subterra, or ground, Aquos, or water, Darkus, or darkness. However there are a few other rare and often random attributes given to these cards or characters. Regardless of the game or series the Bakugan succeeded due to its commonality with other popular anime and Japanese series.
