Kids love craft projects, especially for a Ballerina party. That’s why you should always look for fun craft ideas to fit your party theme. To not only entertain the kids, but add an extra goodie item for the kids to take home with them. Find out how you can create your very own Ballerina party ornaments. Ballerina Ornament For this Ballerina Party craft item you’ll need the following items; paper and a printer, paste, thin cardboard, scissors, a hole punch, 4 paper connectors, a needle, and thread. This Ballerina Ornament is easy for the kids to make with adult supervision. First, you’ll need to go online to print out a copy of the ballerina template at, Enchanted Learning.com (http://www.enchantedlearning.com/crafts/Ballerinatemplate.shtml) . Next you’ll paste the printed template to the thin cardboard. Once dry, Cut out the parts of your Ballerina. You’ll punch holes where the large black dots are and connect the arms and legs to the body using the paper connectors. From here you simply, thread the needle and knot it. This part of the Ballerina craft project may require an adult to complete. Thread the string through the two small holes in the arms and knot the ends. Do the same for the legs and knot. You should have two strings showing on the back of the Ballerina ornament. One threaded through each of the shoulders and one threaded through both legs. Next, tie another string to the top of the Ballerina’s head and make a loop to hang the marionette. Finally, you’ll finish off the Ballerina ornament by tying a thread to the middle of each of the two strings on the ornament. This is the string that makes the arms and legs of your Ballerina ornament move. Make sure that the arms and legs are both hanging straight down at the ballerina’s sides before you tie the pull string onto the Ballerina ornament, or she won’t move when you pull the string.
