When planning a Barney party, the host should not forget to pick up some primo purple party supplies. That’s right; all paper streamers, balloons, tulle and tissue banners and tableware should probably be in a distinct purple hue, in honor of Barney. Of course, the host also could mix in other kid friendly colors such as pink, white, silver and gold to add contrast and variety. Kids would delight in a life-size Barney statue or cardboard cutout, as well in smaller Barney stuffed and windup toys, coloring books, stickers and school supplies they could take home as party favors.
