Basketball tissue paper decorations look a little bit like needle point. They are fun and easy to make, and make a room look great. For your basketball tissue paper craft, you will need: • orange and black or brown tissue paper. • Poster board. • Marker. • White Craft Glue. • Soda Pop Tab. • Tweezers • Craft stick Find a simple drawing of a basketball to go by to draw your outline. Begin tracing a circle onto your poster board (using a round object like a bowl). Draw the lines on with your marker. You can keep these circles straight by using the bowl to trace the lines too. Cut paper into 2" squares. Crumple each piece tightly, and roll it between your fingers. Start with the brown or black tissue you are going to use for the lines. Using your tweezers and craft stick (or fingers) you can dip the paper into glue and place onto the poster board. Continue to fill in until the board is full, and looks like a basketball. Slightly bend out the soda pop top, and glue onto the back when your basketball is dry. You can hang it from the pop top. Create a basketball inspired pillow the easy way! Using orange blanket fleece and a brown or black puffy paint marker, you can create a neat, no-sew basketball theme pillow perfect for a basketball lover's sleepover party craft that is useful for the night, and goes home as a party favor! Just cut 2 circles about three inches larger than a basketball. Paint the lines on the orange circles, and allow to dry. Cut fringe an inch wide and three inches long all around the circle. Tie these fringes together until you have only a couple of inches to go, and begin stuffing with old T-shirts or plastic garbage bags. Stuff this really well, and finish tying for a great basketball pillow!
