Batman Chocolate Caramel Pecan Cheesecake
This Cheesecake will make your mouth so watery you will need the biggest piece there is, I love this particular dessert and so do all my friends and family. I tend to only make it on special occasions otherwise I can eat it everyday, its truly that wonderful, try it, here is how to make it:
2 cups cookie crumbs
6 Tbsp. butter or margerine
1 bag (14 ounces) caramels
1 can (15 ounces) evaporated milk
1 cup chopped pecans
2 pkg. (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
Preheat oven to 350F
Mix crumbs and butter, press onto bottom and sides of 9-inch springform pan.
Bake 10 minutes.
Microwave caramels and milk in small bowl on high for 4 - 5 minutes or until
melted, stirring every minute.
Pour over crust.
Top with pecans.
Beat cream cheese and sugar until well blended.
Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Blend in chocolate and vanilla.
Pour over pecans.
Place pan on cookie sheet.
Bake 45 minutes. Loosen cake from rim of pan, cool before removing rim of pan.
Keep refrigerated. Garnish with whipped cream.
I made this cheesecake at my son's party and he absolutely loved it, so did all my cousins they now make this dessert at their kids parties as well its just so much fun.
I also now make this cheesecake when my son gets good grades it great for all special occasions.

| BATMAN TURN: Put a chair or a stool on the playground. The player who wants to participate in this game sits down on a chair. Then he/she is blindfolded with a Batman mask. After that he/she stands up, makes 5 steps forward, turns to the right, makes 5 more steps forward and again turns to the right. On having walked the perimeter of the playground in this way, the player stops and sits down on the chair again. The player who manages to do it wins the game. Lots more

Batman is one of the greatest comic book heroes of all time. There is some debate as to whether he or others such as superman are really the better hero as batman relies on his on skill and ability rather than a freak mutant accident. Black is the theme to go with for this gothic dark winged hero, batman, who hails from the city of Gotham. Anything that has to do with bats, or caves, or evil jokers, jesters are all good ways to add to this theme. You might be a little curious as to what exactly to serve as a meal that goes along with this theme, here are just a few suggestions.
A Batman Birthday party menu should involve lots of tasty bat treats. Make up some chocolate moths for the children to snack on. It’s a tasty treat made with chocolate covered cornflakes and peanuts. A Joker Pie will delight the taste buds, but in reality can be a simple key lime pie. Take the Penguin off ice with some warmed fish sticks and tartar sauce. Cat Woman would absolutely adore some fried chicken with catnip coating.
The Cat Woman’s favorite treat of Chicken with Catnip coating is easy to make for your Batman party. Prepare your chicken as you normally would by dipping it in a little milk and then some tasty breading. The secret to your recipe is in the breading of course. You’ll need; crushed cornflakes or dried bread, chili powder, fresh Rhyme, Oregano and Parsley. Chop or process the herbs into fairly small pieces so they’ll stick to the chicken. Warning: Even though this recipe is called ‘Chicken with Catnip Breading’ there is not Catnip in the recipe. Instead you will be using these alternative herbs for flavoring and color. Mix up the bread crumbs or cornflakes and spices and coat the chicken. Pop into the oven and cook thoroughly. Serve up warm at the Batman party.
Remember, superhero themed parties tend to have a lot more of a mess left behind for after holiday party cleanup so go easy on yourself and purchase some disposable dishes and table covers. You can even find some with prints that go along with batman if you look around. By just adding even one simple food item to the menu will help create
a complete Batman theme party feeling. |
