A BBQ Party is the secret recipe to a guaranteed fun. BBQ party means partttttttttyyyyyyyyyyy and a whole lot of entertainment too. This party can be planned either at home or at an outside location, like a park or the beach. It's up to you. For the party, you would need to make a list all the guests you are going to invite, buy some party hats and umbrellas and chairs, set up the BBQ grill in the backyard or at another location, and blow up the balloons and out them out on the driveway so guests will know the location of the BBQ.
For your BBQ party there are a lot of exciting menus that you can choose from. One could be Apricot Stuffed Barbecue Chicken. In order to prepare this recipe, you would need two whole chicken breasts that are flattened with a mallet, half cup of seasoned stuffing mix, one fourth cup chopped onions, two tablespoons of unsalted melted butter, one half teaspoon of ground ginger, four fresh apricots that are halved, a half cup of apricot jam, and one tablespoon of cider vinegar.
In order to make the Apricot Stuffed Barbecue Chicken for your BBQ Party, the first step is to place the chicken breasts with the skin side down. The next step would be to combine the stuffing mix with onion, butter and half the ginger spoon. Now you can spoon stuff the mixture in a strip along the center of each breast. You can top the chicken with apricot halves and wrap the chicken around the filling. Tie each chicken with a string every two inch. Now it is time to barbecue the chicken on medium hot coals for about 15 minutes and during that time you can turn them once or twice. Then mix apricot jam, vinegar and the ginger that is left over and brush over the chicken and cook for an additional 5-10 minutes and you have a wonderful BBQ for everyone to enjoy, even on Labor Day. By just adding even one simple food item to the menu will help create a complete BBQ event mood.
