Hand Delivered Beer Party Invites
If there was ever a party tailor made for a hand delivered invite it is a beer party. Now you have to have two things happen: one you need a good sense of humor and two the guest needs one too. If the beer party is in celebration of Oktoberfest, dress in lederhosen or beer maid costumes and hand deliver the invitation to your guests. Try you best German accent and try to keep a straight face. The guest will love it. If you do show up at their doors in costume be sure to plainly state on the invitation whether or not it is going to be a costumes party or if costumes are optional.

Creative Invitation Ideas
There are dozens of creative invitations for a beer party. For example, you could hand deliver the invitation rolled up in a scroll tied with a brown ribbon and placed in a beer mug. The invitation could say something like “Come and fill your mug at the party” Tickets or coupons are always a good idea. A ticket or coupon for unlimited beer at the party could be done on a cutout of a beer mug. The ticket would be written on one side and the party info on the other. Use brown markers to keep the beer colored theme going.

What To Say in the Invitations
The wording should be fun. You want to give your friends the basic information; date, time, location and any special instructions. Since this is a beer party, you want to be very clear that each vehicle must have a designated driver or a one or two beer limit will be imposed”no exceptions”. End it with a phrase like “because you are just way too important to me to take any chances”.
