Handmade Country Western Pinatas

For the cowboy boot for example you will need a balloon or beach ball, newspaper, glue, brown construction paper, a circle made out of card stock to make a spur, scissors, tape, string, and cardboard. The cardboard should be cut into the shape of a boot and attached to the balloon by tape. Once this step is accomplished you can begin to apply the newspaper by dipping it into the glue. Continuing layering till whole boot is covered. Allow to dry for several hours then repeat the process. Next, take the brown construction paper and cover the boot. Once finished, you will have a cowboy boot that looks so real your guests will be amazed.
