Time for NASCAR to take off again and one of the biggest races of the season is the Daytona 500. As the gentlemen (and ladies) get their engines revving, there are several men out there with their radios on, beverages in hand, and their wives next to them scowling. Women, the fact is, the sport is changing. Want to have a NASCAR party for the friends, or a racing themed birthday party, get out the racing stripes, and checkered flags for party decorations and watch as they all come flying around turn one in order to get to the big screen first.
There is one woman who has broken history in history and is now the first woman in Daytona History to race on the track. Ladies that alone is reason to celebrate!! Break out the fast food snacks and appetizers, send out the party invitations and watch the race in style among friends and family, the Daytona 500 is an event all its own. This is a sport that has been growing over the last ten to fifteen years in popularity and as you plan your event, be sure that your invitations educate those unfamiliar with the sport that there will be activities for the wives and children as well, and watch as they turn into die hard NASCAR fans as well. This is the time to educate our friends and family about the true love of NASCAR don’t we at least owe them that? And what better way to get them there other than a party?
