My Princess favorite Granola
For Cindy's party I wanted to make the children something sweet yet different, I found this recipe at my mothers kitchen and it was a true blessing, I will continue making these granolas for Cindy after every soccer game.
hit 4 cups rolled oats 1 cup flaked coconut
1 cup nuts (almonds or pecans) 3/4 c. Kretschmars wheat germ
1/2 cup honey 1 tsp vanilla
8 oz. dried fruit 1 cup raisins
Spread oats on jelly roll pan. Toast in 350 degree oven 10 minutes,
stirring once. Stir in coconut, nuts, and wheat germ. Combine honey, oil
and vanilla. Drizzle over cereal mixture, blending well. Bake at 325
degrees for 20-25 mins, stirring twice, until gently browned. Remove from
oven, stir in dried fruit (apples, strawberries, prunes, dates, apricots,
etc). cool - store in covered jars in cool place. May be refrigerated or
frozen.
This granolas are not only delicious but also healthy, they do not have much sugar, it actually includes some fruit which makes it great for children and the entire family.

All the Disney Princesses amount to quite a few Disney movies. There’s Jasmine from Aladdin, Cinderella from well, Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty from the movie of the same name, Snow White from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Beauty from Beauty and the Beast and even Ariel from The Little Mermaid. Most recently joining the group is Princess Fiona from Shrek. So there are plenty of Princesses for your guests to come dressed up as.
A Disney Princess party menu should be elegant, refined and well, just made for the kids! Bubbly Jell-o is on the menu for this party. Jell-o makes a special Jell-O mix for champagne, but to make this item kid friendly you can simply opt for club soda or flavored sparkling water when it says to add the champagne. Also on the party menu are mini quiches and Be-deviled Eggs. Top off the food platters with fun and yummy Taquitos with a cheesy quesadilla dip.
Be-deviled Eggs are a yummy and filling treat for the Disney Princess kids party or even a family labor day picnic. You’ll need; four boiled eggs, mustard, mayonnaise, onion, pickle relish, salt, pepper, and chili power or hot sauce. Slice open the boiled eggs and remove the yellow yolks. Squirt a small amount of mustard and a small amount of mayonnaise in a bowl with the yolks. Its better to ere on the side of caution and use less of the liquid ingredients when starting, because you can always add more later. However, few people enjoy a runny deviled egg. Mush together into a smooth paste. Add diced onions, diced pickles, and about a half teaspoon of salt and pepper, and a few dashed of chili powder or hot sauce. Mix together until smooth and spoon back into the boiled egg white halves. Serve at room temperature for a delicious Disney Princess treat. Have a great party and keep lots of paper plates on hand!
