Handmade Dog Party Favors

Easy to create homemade party favors are the best because hosts can easily manage making favors that are not too time consuming or even budget consuming. Making a dog themed homemade party favor such as a notepad is a great item that can be enjoyed by children and adults.

Creating a notepad only requires a few tools and materials. First, choose the paper and size that the notepad will be. Figure on each notepad having about 10 sheets of paper each. Other things that are need are ink (any color is fine), a dog print stamp and a glue stick or ribbon (and a hole punch if using ribbon). Stamp all the pieces of paper with the dog paw print stamp. Generally, notepads with designed place the image in the top left or the bottom right. Be sure to not intrude on the writing space too much.

After the ink has dried, it is time to assemble the dog themed notepad. If using a glue stick, run the glue stick across the top of the first page, image side up. Next, place another notepad sheet on top of it, still with the image side up. Continue this pattern until all of the paper is secured.

If choosing to use ribbon in the handmade party favor, simply punch 2 or 3 holes in the top and weave the ribbon through. Tie the ribbon in a bow in the center or simply knot it in the back.

As a final touch, add a pencil with the handmade party favor. Guests will love this dog themed favor!
