Handmade Fiesta Party Favors

Ingredients:

1/4 cup chopped onion
1 seeded jalapeno pepper
1 clove garlic, peeled
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon minced fresh cilantro

1 (14.5 ounce) drained can whole peeled tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1 tablespoon cider vinegar

Mix all ingredients into a food processor and then chop until it is chunky.

After the homemade salsa is created, transfer it into a canning jar, or any glass container of choice. Place the top on the container and embellish it with decorations such as rattan ribbons, green, yellow, orange or red ribbons and more. Glass can even be painted in sealed if skilled as a painter. Use the imagination to decorate the glass container; think of it as a blank canvas.
