Fraternity's trota piccante.Fraternity's trota piccante is the dish to be informed of since it really does taste good and it can be prepared easily. I make this dish during special occasions because I think its so incredible that should be only a treat.
8 servings
2 pounds whole trout, gutted
3 t flour
1 c olive oil

2 med. bunches cilantro, washed, dried and chopped
2 t hot red pepper flakes
1 t salt
2 1/2 lemons, juiced
1/4 c pine nuts, toasted
1. remove head, tail and fins from the trout and

over medium heat until very hot. fry the trout 4 to

| FRATERNITY/TOGA PARTY SMARTS: "I need a mathematician to be my assistant", - says the fraternity instructor dressed in a toga. In fact all the fraternity party guests can be dressed in togas."His/her task is very simple: I shall enumerate different numbers. My assistant's task is to name the numbers more by one than the numbers I name. Such as If I say "eight", the assistant must say "nine". If I say "thirty - two" the assistant must say "thirty three" etc. Who can "cope with this task?" The instructor names the increasing numbers. The numbers increase by tens and hundreds. Every time the assistant confidently names the numbers by one more. The counting continues until the instructor names number "4099". At this number, the assistant will make a mistake. Instead of "4100" he/she will say "5000". Lots more

Fraternity MENU IDEAS |
 |
The Fraternity party usually involves lots of fun, active guests, beer and the occasional toga party dressed guest. Besides the beer, you must also provide some tasty goodies for the guests to eat. You’ll find that there are plenty of these kinds of treats and good party recipes to use for the event.
A buffet usually works best for your Fraternity School party. Be sure to set out deli meats like a summer sausage, cheeses, and crackers. You may also wish to thoughtfully provide a bowl of rolls, biscuits or some other kind of bread for the heavier drinkers to fill up on at the fraternity party. You should also focus on popular local foods, like buffalo wings, chips and dip, tacos and hamburgers Choose the most popular food wherever you’re at. Don 't forget to provide a few lighter alternatives for healthy minded guests or vegetarians. A salad bar is an idea for this group or think Greek food to complement the toga party theme.
Fraternity Buffalo Wings
For this Fraternity party dish you’ll need: 5 pounds chicken wings, Freshly ground black pepper, Salt to taste, 4 cups vegetable oil, 4 Tbsp butter or margarine (1/2 stick), 5 Tbsp Tabasco sauce, and 1 Tbsp white wine vinegar.
Defrost the wings. Chop of the tip of each chicken wing and discard, Chop each wing in half at the joint. Sprinkle wings with black pepper and salt.
Heat the oil on high in a deep skillet or fryer until it starts to pop and sizzle. Add half of the chicken wings. Cook until golden. Remove them and add the other half of the wings until they are cooked. Place both sets of wings on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
Melt butter or margarine over medium heat in heavy saucepan. Add Tabasco sauce and vinegar. Stir well and remove from heat immediately. Spread chicken wings on a platter and cover with warmed sauce. Serve with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks.
The recipe for these fraternity party wings is very simple and surprisingly quick. All that’s needed now are some fraternity or toga party paper goods to serve the food up on. By just adding even one simple food item to the menu will help create
a complete Fraternity theme party feeling. |
