Throwing a Glee party is a fantastic way to show your love for popular show with fellow Gleeks. A Glee party should contain a wide variety of cafeteria food, Glee music and energetic friends enthusiastic about the party. Homemade Glee decorations are a necessary part of the party as well. Create a real high school atmosphere by placing nameplates on the doors, place high school flyers in the hallways, e.g., talent shows, sports pennants, and prom flyers. Sports pennants are very simple to make. All that is required are a few simple art & crafts materials such as red and white felt, scissors, chalk, pencil, glue, and some artistic ability. First, Make your pattern using a pencil, draw an isosceles triangle on a piece of paper. Pennants are triangles with a base of about 12 inches and a height of 30 inches, in most cases. Then, cut the pattern of the red felt. Mark the felt, lay the pattern on top of the felt and trace around the edge of the pattern with the chalk. Do the same with the letters WMHS in white letters on the white felt. High school flyers are very simple to make. Take large sheets of white paper and draw on them using various color markers. William McKinley High School colors are red and white so use red primarily. Cutting out large musical notes will add to the decorative setting of the Glee party as well. Draw large musical notes on white construction paper, color the notes black and cut the musical notes out.
