Go Diego Go Pumpkin Pancakes
Go Diego Go Pumpkin Pancakes are the perfect dish for that special party, their cinnamon taste and soft texture is all you need to make everyone smile.
2 cups flour
2 Tbs granulated sugar
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1.5 cups milk
1 cup pumpkin puree
4 eggs, separated
..25 cups melted butter
Sift together dry ingredients. Combine milk, egg yolks, butter and pumpkin
puree. Stir into dry ingredients until just blended. Beat egg whites
until stiff and fold into batter. Pour onto hot, oiled griddle, about
1/3 cup at a time. Cook until tops bubble and turn and cook other side
Pumpkin pancakes are great not only for breakfast but at any time of the day, my entire family loves these soft pumkin cakes and so will yours, try them.

Go Diego Go is a spin off of the Dora the Explorer cartoon created by Nickelodeon. It and Dora are both extremely popular amongst the preschool age group. Chances are if your child is suddenly going on imaginary jungle treks to look for lost items, he or she has found the show and grown to love it.
The Go Diego Go party can feature many of the same party foods that would be present at the Dora the Explorer party since this is a spin off show and is set in about the same environment. That means plenty of tropical fruits like mangos, bananas, passion fruit, and even kiwis. You can make up some fresh and warm Monkeying Around Banana Bread. Served with butter or maple syrup this is quite yummy. An orange or lemon cake with chocolate frosting is just right for a Birthday party with this theme.
Monkeying Around Banana Bread for your Go Diego Go party is just a twist on a regular bread recipe. You’ll need; sugar, 2 eggs, 2 cups of Bisquick or other all purpose bread mix, 1 cup chopped nuts, a fourth a cup of shortening, and 1 cup of mashed overripe bananas. Mix together the sugar and the shortening. Add eggs, bananas, bread mix and the nuts. Mix well. Pour into a greased and floured pan. Put in the oven at 350 degrees for about one hour. Let cool before serving to your guests at the Go Diego Go party.
