Graduation is a celebratory occasion that deserves to be celebrated appropriately with homemade party games, decorations, party supplies, with friends and family. Regardless if the graduate is celebrating their grade school, high school, or university graduation a party is necessary. The age group of the party plays a role in the type of party games that can be played. For older adults drinking games are appropriate while a younger crowd would enjoy relay race games
.
Graduation usually takes place during warmer months (June) so that means outdoor games should be considered. If the graduate is graduating from elementary school than timeless classic as Musical Chairs, Water Balloon Fights, Steal The Bacon, Dodge ball, Balloon Pop, Red Light Green Light, Potato Sack Race, and Corn Hole aka Bean Bag Toss are perfect backyard outdoor games. Use eggs and spoons for an egg relay race (steady hands required).
Older graduates may consider more adult graduation party games for their enjoyment. Future Employment is a fun game that requires some high school photos over the last four years to play. Photocopy pictures out of the guests' yearbook, and glue them onto individual sheets of paper. Give each guest a picture, and have him or her write down a humorous job title they look like they will have in the future. This game is not to be taken serious just for fun because we all have those embarrassing high school photos somewhere.
