1/8 teaspoon of cinnamon
½ cup of butter
¾ cup of brown sugar
½ cup of granulated sugar
2 large eggs
How to Prepare:
In a small bowl, mix bananas, lemon juice and vanilla. In another small bowl, mix flour, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon. Then in a large bowl, beat the butter with the sugars then add the eggs, one at a time; beat well after each addition at low speed, then alternately add the flour mixture and the banana mixture. Then pour the batter in a 13-by-9 pan and spread it around evenly. Finally, bake the cake in a 350-degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
