Communication at a Holy Communion party is not as hard as it may seem. More than likely, there are many friends and family that will be attending this event. This means that in order for communication between everyone, there are items that will need to be in place.

It is not practical, all the time, to make it around a party and talk to all the guests. There should, however, be a good effort on the host’s behalf to make themselves available to talk to those people who would like to talk. This would involve circling around many areas of the party location. Be sure to check all areas where people could be. Having pre-arranged seating is also very helpful for communication purposes. This is good for both the host and the guests. The guests will know where to sit and the hosts will know where the guest is located so they can make sure to see as many people as possible. Pre-arranged seating is also nice because if the host is looking for conversation from people who do not normally talk, it will give them a chance to pair them up and get to know each other.
