Homecoming is a fun time of the year when everyone shows off school spirit proudly so why not throw a great party with plenty of music, movies, food, and drinks. Select the schools colored party supplies and decorations for the party and wear the colors with honor at the desired party location. Parents may feel more comfortable allowing the children, especially freshman, have the party in a trusted parents house. Invite selected friends to the homecoming party (not many houses are capable of handling the entire school at their house). Allow only trusted friends to attend the party to get the possibly of trouble down. Once everyone is there and other parents know where their children are, have fun and celebrate homecoming. Since homecoming is such a major part of the school experience why not show some high school and theme related movies (some scary, some funny and some both).
