The Incredible Hulk can be seen as the ultimate superhero to a lot of kids, and lots of adults too. The Hulk, A.K.A. Dr. Robert Bruce Banner is a fictional character who first got his start in Marvel Comics Universe. He has his very own comic book and is one of marvel comics most well recognized characters. Who wouldn’t recognize the Hulk, with his giant muscled torso and green skin? That is why he would be a very popular choice for a boys birthday party. In the Hulk series Dr. Banner became the hulk after he was caught in the explosion of a gamma device of his own making. Rather than killing him it changed his DNA, so whenever he becomes angry he changes into the Hulk.

As the Incredible Hulk, Dr. Banner has superhuman strength, and invulnerability, but he can also heal himself incredibly quickly, he can communicate with astral bodies, he is basically immune to gamma radiation, and he has a strong resistance to mind control. Interestingly when the Hulk was first created he was gray in color and transformed into the Hulk each day at sunset. Dr. Banner is pursued by General Thaddeus Ross early on in the comic book series. The General’s daughter, Betty, is in love with Dr. Banner and tries futily to stop her Father’s search for the doctor.
The Hulk was cancelled after just six issues, but on receiving a letter from several college students stating that they had chosen the Hulk as their official mascot the creators realized that the Hulk appealed to an unexplored demographic and they brought the Hulk to life in several running guest appearances in other comic books. Eventually the Hulk got his own comic book again which was given the fitting title, The Incredible Hulk.
To this day the Incredible Hulk has continued on with lots of fresh new story ideas. The latest hulk comic planned for release is to be called, World War Hulk.

Incredible Hulk Cake Ideas
An Incredible Hulk theme cake makes for a wonderful birthday cake for an Incredible Hulk fan. There are numerous ways to go about making an Incredible Hulk cake. Use Hulk green or white fondant and cover the cake completely. Use buttercream so the fondant will adhere to the cake. Once the fondant is laid down over the cake, now the Incredible Hulk can make an appearance. Use a Hulk image that is not too difficult to draw with piping gel. Since Hulk is detailed with big muscles, use an image that is not overly complicated to draw. Use the powers of a pin through a sheet of paper with a Hulk image to draw an outlines. Then, once the Hulk image is dotted out, color Hulk in with piping gel or buttercream. For a cake that is stacked several layers high. On the side, write in large bold letters HULK in green fondant with a black outline. There is nothing meek or timid about the hulk so make the letters and Hulk large. Use imagination and make a wonderful Incredible Hulk cake with additional party supplies that the Hulk fan will love.

The Incredible Hulk music is great but what about the party supplies. Use Hulk green party supplies, and plenty of it.
