Kansas City Chiefs Party Invitations
What To Say in the Kansas City Chiefs Invitations
The wording for invitations is somewhat of an art. You want to say enough to tell your guests everything they need to know and at the same time, you do not want to bog them down with too many facts. There are some things you can do to make sure your invites are fun and appealing, while still getting the job done. Start by asking yourself some questions. Are there any special instructions that your guests will need? For a Kansas City Chiefs party for example, will they need to come dressed in football jerseys, team t-shirts or something with the team name, colors or logo? If so, they need to know that. Is this a family party where they can bring the kids or an adult party? Will there be alcohol? If so, will they need a designated driver in each vehicle to qualify for drinks? Is it a “chip-in” or potluck? Put that in the invite. Tell them the time, date and location. Add the RSVP and a “reply by date”.
What To Say in the Kansas City Chiefs Thank You Notes
Tell you guests that you enjoyed and appreciated their coming. If they brought food or party supplies, thank them for doing that. Be sincere and mention a party detail or highlight so the thank you notes don’t seem formulaic.
When To Mail the Invitations
Mail your invitations two to three weeks ahead of the party. Give the guests time to RSVP. Also give yourself time to prepare for the party after you get the RSVPs.
When To Mail the Thank You Notes
Try to mail the thank you notes out about a week or two after the party. The details you want to mention will still be fresh in your memory and the guests’ too.
