Holding a Karaoke party is always fun, and while it's absolutely vital that you have music there (otherwise there'd be no karaoke!), there are one or two fantastic movies on the market that will fit in perfectly with your theme. There are plenty of musicals out there for a start that many people will know the words to, so it may be a viable idea to get karaoke versions of those, or sing along yourselves to the movie! Either way, there are plenty of ideas, movies and films you can use to make your karaoke party a 'number one hit' with your guests!

The most obvious option for your party isn't actually a movie, but a TV series. Glee is hugely successful the world over for its remakes of number one songs, so why not get yourself and your guests into your own little version of Glee and sing along? There are Glee DVD's available specifically for karaoke, so there's no shortage of Glee things you can sing and dance to. After all, Glee cover a wide range of songs, so there's bound to be something in there for everyone!

Another choice for your party, especially one with slightly older guests, could be The Sound Of Music. One of the biggest musicals in the world to date, The Sound Of Music is so big that there's hardly anyone who doesn't know at least a line, a song or a dance included in it. Much like Glee, there are now DVD's available that will bring up lyrics when songs start so you and your guests can join in, even if you're not too confident on the lyrics!

It doesn't matter if you're young or old, or just 'in between', anyone can enjoy a karaoke party, and movies can really make a difference when it comes to your entertainment!
