World’s Tallest Sand Castle

In 2003, Ed Jarrett set the world record for the tallest sand castle in Falmouth, Maine of 29 1/4 feet. In 2007 between July 4th and Labor Day, he broke that record by reaching 31 feet 7 inches, with the help of his engineer friend John Northrup. This was the tallest sand castle built by individuals.
