Minnesota Vikings Party Invitations
Unique Minnesota Vikings Invitations
There are several ways to go when planning unique invitations. If you are in a creative mood, consider making cutouts of Viking helmets and writing the party info on the back. Now if you want them to be really unique, paste a photo of your guest on a piece of poster board in the team colors of purple, gold, or white. Next, take the make cutouts of Viking helmets in gold or silver poster board and paste them on the photos, so it looks like the guest is wearing the Viking helmet. These should be the historical Viking helmet with the horns, not the football helmets. Although that’s could be a very fun way to go too.
What To Say in the Minnesota Vikings Invitations
Keep it short, sweet and very, very clear. Tell your guests the time, date, and location. If you want them to bring something or if it is costume party, like a “Come as a Viking” party, put that on the invitation. Next, put an RSVP and a “reply by date”. Even casual parties require knowing how many to prepare for and you need ample time to make the party arrangements.
When To Mail the Invitations Mailing invitations is not an exact science. Most invitations to a causal party should be mailed two to three weeks in advance of the party.
Thank You Notes Thank you notes are a great way to let the guests know how much you enjoyed their coming to the party. They are a good way to end the party experience on a very high note.
When To Mail the Thank You Notes Try to mail the thank you notes about a week or two after the party. This is easier to do if you get the thank you notes before the party.
