For this MLB Baseball party favorite you’ll need the following: 8 baking potatoes, 2 lbs. bacon, and 1 lb. cheddar cheese.

Pick out several medium sized potatoes. Wash them and scrub off the dirt. Place potatoes on a pan and pop into oven. Bake potatoes until done. Cut in half and clean out majority of potato with a spoon leaving skin and about 1/8 inch of potato intact. Fry bacon until crisp. Crumble the bacon; set aside. Fry potato skins in bacon grease until crisp. Turning them one to two times while frying. Drain potato skins on paper towels. Fill skins with cheese. Top with bacon. Place back into oven.
