Nineties Costume

Coming up with a costume for the 90’s is not a very easy task the reason being that while a lot happened during the decade no single event or movement truly represented the entire nineties. So you could pick up a character from a famous movie from the times or dress up as a famous music star of the decade. Here are some ideas for some nineties costumes.

The nineties saw a revolution in the music industry with rap and hip hop becoming very popular. This lead to a whole new dressing style and even a whole new “street talk.” Fly Girl is one costume that embraces this style in a comical way. This is perfect to be worn with black woolen stockings and high healed shoes. Accessorize it with a human skull in your hand and you are good to go!
