Office Chocolate Oblivion Torte. Office Chocolate Oblivion Torte is the highlight of all my events, I have many events for the reason that I am I party coordinator and I get invited to just about anything you name it, its always nice to take a dish to these events and I will prepare myself with these Office Chocolate Oblivion Torte, they are great Ultimate Chocolate Mousse Cake
1 to 2 tablespoons tepid raspberry jelly or seedless jam
Chocolate Bands
1 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon superfine sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Cordon Rose Raspberry Sauce
Make the Ultimate Chocolate Mousse Cake and let cool. Brush the jelly
lightly around the sides of the cake.
Encircle the sides of the cake with one of the chocolate bands, wavy side
up; the jelly will help the chocolate band adhere. Peel off the waxed
peper. Attach the second chocolate band, overlapping if necessary, to
completely encircle the cake.
Whip the heavy cream with the sugar and vanilla just until stiff. Top
the chocolate mousse cake with about half of the whipped cream. With the
back of a large spoon, make a shallow depression to form a pool. Fill
with about 3/4 cup of the raspberry sauce. Serve the remaining sauce
and whipped cream on the side.
Office Chocolate Oblivion Torte was the dessert that I took to a big party for work and it was just the dessert everyone was just talking about I absolutely had so much fun at that party and I think much had to do with having all the people satisfied and full of energy it worked out just right.

| OFFICE WHAT'S MY FORTUNE? GAME: Have everyone in the office create their own fortune cookie saying, and give them to the party organizer. Ask everyone to keep their ideas secret. Then get the party organizer to print them off, and slip one each into a fortune cookie (can be purchased pre-made in most Asian grocery stores). Distribute the cookies at the office party. Ask the attendees to open their fortunes after their meal, and find the person who wrote it. Get them to stand to the left of the person who wrote their fortune, thus making a big circle once everyone is finished. People spend more time at the office than they do at home, so celebrate and reward your employees by throwing an office party. Office parties help build rapport between co-workers and that camaraderie will help foster a strong and positive working relationship.
Have fun with the work party theme, use office supplies as decorations for the event. Place the utensils in a pencil cup, or a desk organizer. Use a binder clip to clip the napkins to each paper plate. With a little creativity the party can be fun yet budget conscious.
For a lunch time party, a variety of dishes can be made ahead of time. Name the dishes according to the theme: Swedish Rubber band Meatballs, Pink slip Punch and Notepad Cake are sure to bring a smile to the employees face as they devour their lunch.
To make Swedish Rubber band Meatballs for the office party follow these simple steps: 1 1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs, 1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck, 2 eggs, 1 3/4 tsp. salt, 1/8 tsp. cardamom, optional, 1/8 tsp. pepper, 2 tbsp. flour, 1 c. milk or cream, 1/2 lb. lean ground pork, 1 med. onion, chopped fine, 1/8 tsp. nutmeg, 10 1/2 oz. can beef consommé or broth, 2 tbsp. butter, melted, and 1/4 tsp. allspice. Soak bread crumbs in milk for 5 minutes in a large mixing bowl. Add beef, pork, eggs, onion, 1 1/2 tsp. salt, allspice, nutmeg and cardamom. Mix well. Shape into 1 inch balls. Place on broiler pan and bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees. Put browned meatballs in crock pot. Add 1/2 can beef consommé or broth, pepper and remaining salt. Cover and cook on low 4-6 hours (high 2-3 hours). To thicken gravy, turn crock pot to high. Combine butter and flour to make a smooth paste. Add paste to remaining 1/2 can consommé and pour into crock pot. Cook until thickened, about 45 minutes.
When in doubt, have fun with your employees inside the office. Reward them for their hard work and commitment to the organization. By just adding even one simple food item to the menu will help create
