Party supplies along with an awesome Patriotic Refrigerator cake can make a Patriotic party a success. This exciting and fun event is the ideal time for a variety of creative desserts and other tasty treats designed especially for this celebration. These items are always a great addition to a celebration and most often the addition of enjoyable fares that are designed especially for this gathering will make everyone feel very special. Making a Patriotic cake can be done a variety of ways, but the simplest method is to make your favorite white cake mixture and bake the Patriotic cake in a rectangular pan. After the cake has cooled, poke holes with a fork throughout the cake and pour a little red jello mixture in half of the holes and a little blue jello mixture in the other holes. Allow the cake to sit in the refrigerator for about an hour. Then combine whip topping mix and vanilla pudding to make a great tasting icing. Spread the icing on the cake and once again, place the Patriotic cake in the refrigerator.

After a few hours, decorate the Patriotic cake with miniature American flags, patriotic signs and red, white and blue flowers. This Patriotic cake along with party supplies will make this party very special. This cake recipe can also be used for round cakes and larger square cakes depending on the size of your Patriotic party.

Most people will find that the Patriotic cake, along with party supplies such as Patriotic party flags, party banners and red, white and blue balloons will be a great addition to the Patriotic party. Additionally, other items can be added to create the Patriotic theme and to add to this festive occasion.

A patriotic themed party can be useful for any number of good occasions. Really, there are almost too many reasons to throw such a party if you really try to look for them. The more common ones are the holidays such as president’s day, the 4th of July, and anything to do with elections. If anything people seem to think the latter is one of the best excuses. The main problem is, since there are so many possible occasions, people may get tired of doing parties especially those of the same theme. As such do try to take into account if your party guests actually want a party. These fun items along with cute supplies are always a great addition to a celebration and fun posters that include designs and greetings that are perfect for the celebration will liven up the event and make everyone feel very special. More often than not, these signs and posters will add a lot of fun to the celebrated get together.

The patriotic themed party is luckily, very easy to put together. The colors you should use are the obvious; red, white, and blue, and well, you can basically just take all of your ideas from the flag if you want. As such you should make sure you don’t forget to add plenty of stars and stripes. Sparklers and fireworks are very popular; just make sure to leave all the major stuff to the professionals. If you want to fly a flag there are some things to remember, they are to be flown from sunrise to sunset, and only too be disposed of in fire as an honor. Also on Memorial Day the flag is to be flown at half mast till noon.

There are plenty of things your can purchase to make you party a success, the most important things perhaps maybe to buy paper plates and cups. Also plastic utensils, paper napkins, table covers, place mats, and the like are all easy to come by as well as making after party clean far easier. Many other nice things that you can get are noise maker, streamers, banners wall scrolls, centerpieces, glow sticks, etc. If you really want to go all out you could even dress for the part with stars and stripes hats, and bracelets

Patriotic History, Facts and Educational Resources

Add an educational twist to any birthday party, holiday celebration, or theme party.  Share the history of the Patriotic theme to the guests.  Play some free printable educational party games.  Shhh don't tell the kids that they are learning!

There is not a day that goes by that we do not see patriotic pride in our everyday life, and at the same time there are not too many days that go by that we don’t think about what happened that day on September 11th 2001. With that said why do not we celebrate where we are, who we are and what we stand for? There are more and more reasons to celebrate being an American today than there was in previous years. And even though we live in a time of war, we have our troops to look out for, up to and respect more than any other person in our lives today. Let us celebrate that with patriotic pride every day. If you live in a smaller community when one of our own gets shipped out it is our civil duty to show our patriotic pride send them off the right way. Get the town together and send them off with hugs, wishes and prayers, and stay in contact with them as much as possible. A good bye party does not have to be sad; it can be respectful and full of pride.

Most people are amazed at the history behind many celebrations and how music from the past and present will add to the event. Like other get togethers this small addition will add a great deal to the celebration. For this reason, guests of the party will find this celebration to be a lot of fun and very special. Now on the same note we can show our patriotic pride when our loved ones return from the war as well. Too many times in one day we have troops coming home without the celebration or warm welcomes they deserve because they are returning home to be laid to rest, this is not an excuse, stand up and show our pride for all troops coming and going with well wishes and prayers, those who fought in our American history, today and for those who intend to serve tomorrow. Gather up some leftover brown packing boxes, wrap them in a matching theme color design and place them throughout the event space for instant decorations. Everyone does not drink alcohol, be inclusive when planning a get-together and have a choice of drinks that include non-alcoholic opinions. Gather up some leftover brown packing boxes, wrap them in a matching theme color design and place them throughout the event space for instant decorations. The history of Patriotic has different interpretations by each person, so use your own judgement. Share these facts with friends at a celebration.
