Patriotic Party Invitations

Stock Invitations
There are many occasions for a patriotic party and there are many, many stock invitations available. The invitations for a patriotic party may have the flag, either the current or the original flag. It could be red, white and blue and have a boarder of stars. There are many choices and stock invitations to suit any party. There are country designs with weather vanes and other country images that would work well for a patriotic party. These types of designs are readily available in stock invitations.

Hand Designed Patriotic Invitations
If you are creative or want to try your hand at creative patriotic invitations consider making booklet invitations. Cut large star shapes from red and blue poster board. These should be large enough to be the invitations. Now cut white squares or rectangles that are large enough to center the stars on. Punch two holes in the left side of the white pieces. Glue a star on top of a white piece. Cut printer paper a little smaller than the white poster board pieces. And punch two holes on the left side that match up with the ones in the white poster board. Write the party information on the white printer paper and make the booklet by putting a blank white piece down then the printer paper with the info, then a white piece with a star on top. Now using a red or blue ribbon thread the ribbon through the holes and tie the end together in front. This makes an invitation booklet.

Thank You Notes
Send thank you notes on red, white, and blue paper within a week of the party. Let your guests know you appreciated them coming.
