Homemade Rock and Roll Party Game

A Rock and Roll theme party requires some homemade party games to entertain party guests all night long. Rock and Roll theme parties will bring out the rock star in the celebrant young or old.

Pin the Guitar Pick on the Guitar is just like Pin the Tail on the Donkey with a rock and roll homemade party game twist. Use a printed image of a guitar, or better yet, draw a guitar (acoustic or electric) on poster board or large sheet of paper. Cut out the guitar picks from construction paper and give one to each of the players. The players who can come closest to pinning the pick on the body on the string is the winner. Draw a circle on the guitar where the pick should be placed.

Rock and Roll Freeze is a simple homemade game in which players must stop dancing when the music stops. If a player moves once the music has stopped he or she is eliminated. Players must freeze in their position, or if moved to a more comfortable position when the music has stopped, they are eliminated.

Pass the Mic is a fun handmade party game that requires only willing participates and a microphone. Place the participants in a circle with one holding the mic. Once the music begins pass the mic around in the circle. When the music stops the player holding the mic is eliminated from the game.

Use blank vinyl records for a tossing handmade tossing game for a Rock and Roll theme party. Use a cardboard box, decorated with Rock and Roll images such as notes, guitars, stars etc. The player who can successfully throw and make the most records in the box is the winner.
