The Super Bowl is far more than a football game. Itís an annual celebration of fun and sport that draws thousands from around the countryóand countless others attend Super Bowl parties, where they expect to hear some rockiní good songs.

A Super Bowl party playlist should be as loud and festive as the game of champions itself. It could include songs such as:

Super Bowl Shuffle by the Chicago Bears
Super Bowl Song (Are You Ready for the Super Bowl?) by Hank Williams Jr.
Black and Yellow by Wiz Khalifa (song recorded for this yearís Steelers vs. Packers Super Bowl game)
Black and Yellow Freestyle by Lil Wayne
Itís My Life by Bon Jovi (performed to celebrate the Tampa Bay Buccaneers Super Bowl victory in 2003)
Along with good music (and, in all likelihood, copious amounts of beer), guests at a Super Bowl party will expect to see some fun and colorful Super Bowl party supplies. These could include a paper mache football or a plastic or steel model stadium as a centerpiece, tableware that reflects the team colors of the teams competing in this yearís Super Bowl, ribbons and streamers in the same hues, as well as pennants that represent participating teams. A box can serve a dual purpose by first being able to hold supplies, but also be decorated on the outside for decor use. Don't be hesitant about asking parents to help out at a celebration for children. With a little imagination and white poster board, crayons, coloring pencils, tape, staples and printed photo images that can be cut, kids can create their own paper hats.

A Super Bowl Party is not complete without a variety of homemade party supplies such as handmade Super Bowl party streamers, team banners and Super Bowl signs in the team colors. Many times, handmade party supplies such as Super Bowl t-shirts, Super Bowl party streamers and Super Bowl banners are perfect additions for a Super Bowl party.

Handmade party supplies such as personalized Super Bowl hats, team t-shirts and Super Bowl noise makers are great add-ons for a Super Bowl party and compare to no other party supplies. Most often the addition of handmade Super Bowl party streamers, Super Bowl centerpieces and handmade Super Bowl team banners will give your house a Super Bowl look and make your party a hit.

Many of the guests will wear a variety of Super Bowl clothing and will appreciate the addition of homemade party supplies such as handmade Super Bowl costume jewelry, Super Bowl hats and Super Bowl team signs. These homemade Super Bowl party supplies, along with other party supplies such as Super Bowl glow sticks, NFL door curtains and Super Bowl hand clappers will be a lot of fun for your guests. The addition of these handmade party supplies with Super Bowl paper plates, napkins and cups will make your party complete.

The greatest day for a football fan is to have a Super Bowl theme cake to eat for dessert on game day. Just need to gather some ingredients and party supplies to bring the cake to life. First start with planning what will be on the cake and the type to be used or made. A good plan never hurts, especially when it involves football fans, cake and the ultimate championship game to crown this yeas best team. Think and go big, go with a sheet cake or at least half a sheet cake, to reach this goal it make require making a couple of box cakes and combing in them. Either double or tripling the recipe on the box, or making each one separate. To top it off, use green frosting and white icing which can be drawn straight across for the yard makes on field. Even more so, put a football stadium on top of the cake, in the center with the ten yard lines being run across the cake and around the stadium. Take the icing and write the names of the teams who are set to play in the game, include the year as well .

Throwing a Super Bowl party is just a breeze when you know how to combine it with other popular party themes to keep the guests entertained long after the game has ended. This football themed event doesn't need a lot of preparation for success either.

The Super bowl party can easily be filled with a plethora of paper goods. They are what you'll need after all for the guests to eat their great tasting party food off of at the event. You can find loads of fun paper goods, especially items like paper plates, napkins, tablecloths and more that fit into different sports party themes. Look out for football shaped plates, baseball plates, golf plates and so on. They are great decorative items for that kidís party too. Plus, the adults won't mind eating off of them while enjoying the big game.

Normally, private betting on the game is illegal. However, you can probably make an exception with play money or other bargaining items like chores to set up a few fun family bets on which team is going to win the Super Bowl. Also add more fun to the party with a friendly game of poker. A poker theme to your super bowl party can help keep it interesting after the game ends or during half time when guests are normally stretching their legs or refueling at the buffet table. Donít let your guests leave that Super Bowl event without a few party favors. Whether they are as simple as a personalized pencil or as large as a foam number one finger, the guests will certainly love them. Be sure to throw in a few candies or other small trinkets and create a Super Bowl goodie bag.
