When To Mail the Tailgate Invitations
The invitations for a tailgate are dependent to a certain extent on the game schedule and the game you pick. You want your guests to know about the party far enough in advance so they can plan to bring something to the tailgate. Three to four weeks before the party is a good time to mail invites. Now if they do not need to bring or do anything you can cut the time down to two to three weeks ahead of time.
