Homemade Tailgate Party Game

Homemade tailgate games are a great way to pass the time when tailgating surely. There are many handmade games that are perfect for tailgating such as bean bag toss game or corn hole as its know in some circles. Creating a homemade piñata in the opposing teams logo or mascot and smashing it to pieces is very satisfying as well. Those who cannot make the tailgating experience but opt to stay at home for the pre-game party may consider other homemade games as well. Who does not like a good old fashion game of charades or relay races. Create an accuracy throwing contest from some plywood, tire or other object and have the guests see who can throw the football with the precision of an NFL QB – more or less. This simple game can be played by all. Hang a tire from a tree or create cut out a hole in a piece of wood, cardboard, or plywood and hang from a desired area. The same board used to make the accuracy throwing game can be used for the bean bag toss game as well. Decorate the board with the favorite team colors by painting the board. Allow the necessary time for the board to dry, at least a couple days before it is going to be used. Use a base coat or primer before painting as well. Use exterior latex paint or acrylic paint for the design. Once the design is complete then cut the hole out of the plywood using a jigsaw.
