Produced by Pixar and distributed by Walt Disney Studios, “The Incredibles” was a movie about a family of superheroes. It was fun, adventure-filled, and there are still fans around today of this brilliant computer-animated cartoon.

The next birthday party coming up for your little one could have The Incredibles theme to it, and maybe even a movie time for the kids. Because each of the characters have supernatural powers, the kids can each take turns with riddles about one of the characters, which the other party guests have to solve determining which character is being spoken of. For example, Elastigirl can stretch her body into any shape. That is an easy one. But what about questions about Syndrome? Will they know some of his secrets?

There are video games, comic books, and even a Pop Tarts called “Incrediberry” was named after the Incredibles. The comics included a miniseries that was produced by Boom.

While the kids wait in anxious anticipation of the movie to be shown, they can play some video games. These are available for Playstation, Xbox, Game Boy, Nintendo, and more. So, as part of your party supplies list, some of these games could be played if the kids are provided with one or more of these systems. It will be fun for the kids to see how some of the scenes have been changed on the games from the original movie, even though it is based on the film. There is also an Incredibles Game called “The Incredibles: Rise of the Underminer.” This is a sequel to the movie, and is the second of the video games. The third is “When Danger Calls,” and it was released for the Mac and Windows, as well, including ten separate games for kids to play with the Incredibles theme in mind.

After playing these games, the kids will be ready to settle down and watch the movie of “The Incredibles.”
