Western Party Invitations
Creative Western Invitation Ideas
Western parties are just plain fun. Whether they are for the kids or the adults there are games, food, and entertainment for everyone at a western party. Start the fun off with creative western party invitations. You could make cutouts of a cowboy hat and put the party info on the back. An invitation on a piece of brown paper, like the paper from a brown paper bag rolled up and tied with a red bandana would be fun. For a child’s party consider sending invitations attached to a small toy horse. Adults would get a kick out of an invitation placed in the band of a cowboy hat. They could then wear the hat to the party.
Stock Invitations
For stock invitation you have tons to choose from. Any invite with a cowboy, cowboy hat, western boots, horse, cactus, sunset in the desert, an outline of Texas, images of cowboys on a cattle drive, images of cowboys around a campfire and many others all say Western to the guests. Use any of these and personalize them with the guests names, something like “Howdy Bill, ride on down to my ranch for a western party.” It will start the party early when your guest receive that type of invitation. Because they come with the image or graphic, stock invitations save a great deal of time and planning.
When To Mail the Thank You Notes
Mail the thank you notes for a western party within a week or two of the party itself. This is so the party memories are still very fresh for both you and the guests. That makes it much easier for you to personalize the invitations with comments about the party.
