Winnie the Pooh Costume

The short flared skirt can be made in red velvet with a lot of white lace underneath. As a finishing touch add a white apron around the waist. This dress is best worn with high white stockings and black shoes. A black velvet choker around the neck will also go very nicely with this outfit. The final look of this costume is very attractive and quite elegant and is sure to draw some attention at the party.
