You’ll need; a bag of baby carrots, honey, lemon, salt, pepper, some oil and a little water. In a bowl mix up a half a cup of honey, tablespoon of lemon and a small amount of warm water to thin it out. Wash your carrots and oil the pan you are cooking them in. Dip the carrots in the honey mixture and spread them out on the pan. Pop them into the oven at about 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Coat the carrots with the honey mixture every 10 to 15 minutes with a brush. Cook until they are soft inside. If you prefer them to be a little crispy on the outside turn on the broiler and watch them carefully until they just start to brown on top. Turn off the broiler and remove. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Serve any remaining honey mix as a drizzle.
