The kids can gather round a table, and play the Yu Gi Oh trading card games, as they wait for the show to start. There are lots of characters, plots, and details to the Yu Gi Oh story, so the kids might want to play a trivia game about it. They can each write questions on a card, which another child will choose and answer. The ones that are answered correctly will receive one point. At the end of the game, the winner can receive a Yu Gi Oh themed prize, so be sure to include this on your party supplies list. If more than one game will be played, where more than one winner will walk away from the party, there should be prizes available for all of the winners.

The comic strip, or manga, ran from 1996 to 2004. Because it is a famous comic in Japan, it might be a good idea to supply each child with a different comic book. They can trade them among each other, if they already have that particular comic, and each can go home with this party favor.
